It's Late
Just updated my blog after N weeks. Not that I don;t have anything to say, but, well, I cannot find time to update it. As you can see, my blog page is so typical. No artistic designs, not your typical artistic DJ page. Well, I guess, it doesn't matter what my blog design would be. As long as I have internet space for myself, that'll be enough.
A lot had happened. i FINISHED 2 NOVELS (Five People You Meet In Heaven by Mitch Albom, Angels and Demons by Dan Brown). Downloaded almost 4 GB of MP3s. Watch a lot of DVDs (24 Season 3, Pulp Fiction, Wicker Park, Motorcycle Diaries, Final Cut, etc.), had my haircut 2x already. Etcetera.
What am I ranting today???? Well... MY CURRENT WORKLOAD! It seems that day after day, or week after week, my workload increases. Do you know that I spend 50% on meetings (international and local), 12% on data rollup and consolidation, 12% on data validation,10% on personal training, and the rest on other urgent and important data analysis. And it gets... well, I can't say worse, but it gets tighter. By the way, all these percentages already includes a 15% PF&D (Personal needs, Fatigue and Delay) and 15% MHU. Labor Utilization is already at 85% (POR maximum Labor Utilization is 84%). Hahahaha.. Speaking like a true IE.
To ease up (hmmm) my busy schedule, actually, it's for WLE purposes (Work-Life Effectiveness), i joined the volleyball tourney and badminton tourney. I also decided to come up with a video presentation for our group.
But is my work = to my take home pay... Hmmmm... That's confidential... But I'm looking for a good company that could offer the same job that I have + a better compensation package. Haha!
Long Term plans... I decided to go back to college next year (2006). But I have not decided which to take: An MBA-Regis program in Ateneo (wait... it's THE Ateneo) or take my MSIE in La Salle (THE La Salle.. .DE La Salle... The De La Salle? Hehe). But in any case, I'm going to take a Masteral Program next year.
Other rantings. My dad sucks! My uncle is useless! I need to wake-up early (damn 7am call time in the office), I have to help out in finzalizung a post mortem, my incompetent engineers are either FAT or BALD (well, one of them is FAT, one of them is BALD, and one of them is FAT and BALD), and some people can't look me straight in the eye (literally... hehehehe).
I'll be at the Amnesia Party sponsored by Big Fish manila. It will be on WW11.6 or, in a nonj-Intel calendar mode, March 12. Hope to see some hot chick and take her out (... in the dance floor... hehehe).
