Tuesday Blah Blahs

Whew! I almost have my passport filed today. But passport filing in DFA was cut at around 2pm since it’s DFA day. I was arguing with this lady guard and asked her why have the DFA today without a formal announcement? She told me, “Sir, isipin niyo na lang, birthday ng DFA.” I then gave a asked her, “Eh alam niyo ba kung kelan birthday ko para magcelebrate tayo?” Wahahaha.. completely rude. Well, I get to see her tomorrow morning. Maybe I’ll bring her some doughnuts and some coffee… Nah!

I hope that I could get my passport tomorrow. I mean, I was told that I can expedite the processing by 2days. Well, their might be away of further cutting the expedite process time. J I need my passport this week, or Friday morning so I can at least pass all my visa requirements to ITS in Friday afternoon. I need to have my visa by WW35 (uhmmm.. August 15-19)… We’ll I need Ed Zawacki to push-out the face-to-face from WW33 to WW35.

I had received two good news today. They have budget for my trip to Chandler (Yey!). The second one is that my manager was trying to hook me up with some Fab folks in Ocotillo for some FTF and benchmarking (Yey!). Hopefully my US trip will last for 1.5 weeks. J

I hope that I can go to the US trip (still crossing my fingers). I have some hidden agenda in my trip (apart from shopping and partying). J Not that I have plans of not coming back home… I am expanding my network abroad, and I do hope that I have a solid one. For future references J

Another good news. I have the 6th Harry Potter Book… errr… eBook: The Half Blood Prince. It was forwarded from IEClub. And of course, I forwarded the eBook to my friends, and not-so friendly friends, and my almost-but-not-quite friends.

I also watched the remake of Bewitched in DVD. Well, not actually a remake since Nicole Kidman id not played the role of Samantha… She played the role of the actress who plays the role of Samantha. The movie was about Will Farell looking for a lead role (Sam) for the remake of “Bewitdhed.” But the remake became a reality when Isabel Bigelow (Nicole) revealed that she’s a witched. So it’s not actually a remake. It’s a, errr… movie about a remake… Errr… J Like Herbie (I watched it last weekend), it’s not a remake film. It’s about Herbie in the 21st century. War of the Worlds is a remake, Bewitched is a movie about a remake, Herbie is not a remake, and Pamela Anderson’s boobs are fake (ahahaha).

I was trying this “Speech Recognition” tool in my laptop. It’s not really that useful, but it works. I told my sister that I have the HP6 eBook, I opened the MS Word file, and then kept on blabbering, “FILE, EXIT.” The document closed as soon as I said it. And did it over and over again. When my sister was beginning to get frustrated, I then said, “EDIT, SELECT ALL, FONT, WINDINGS.” Wahahaha! Magic! Then I followed it with, “FILE, SAVE, FILE, CLOSE.” Hehehe… then I got tired and let my sister read a couple of pages of HP6.

Okay, that’s all for now. If I kept on blabbering, then the title of this blog should be “Midnight Blah Blahs.” I have to read the last few pages of “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.” And I have to wake-up early tomorrow so I can file my passport early, and hopefully (let’s all cross our fingers, and pray), be able to expedite the processing, and have it released in the afternoon.
