I embrace life. I am carefree but harmless. I am playful but serious. I am complacent but not indifferent. I am a bowl of contradictions, but that's the first thing that makes me interesting.

 Word for the day: NEW

We can learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull.
Some have weird names and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box.

Tired-ness

It’s been N-days since I posted something in my blog. I’ve been busy with work, my social obligations, blah blah blah.

Last week was the week of social obligations. Dinner with Jessica and another one with the rest of our visitors. We went out and had dinner at Congo Grill in Westgate. The long long dinner table was cut into 2, the system developers (Arjun, Iris, etc.) and the system SU’s (Pei Nee, Lee Shan, Dennis and Herardo). Seated at the middle were Jay and Mel. Jay was quit frustrated (uhmmm frustrated was an understatement). Our foreign visitors paid for the meal 6 AMEXCO cards right) but Dennis’s card wasn’t accepted (too much shopping and overspending in his trips in Boracay). We were supposed to go to Makati but we (Raf, Mel, Jona, Van, Jay and I) decided to stay in Alabang and watch a movie in Festi. We watched “In Her Shoes.” The movie wasn’t all that bad. Jay, Jona and Van cried; Raf has his kilig moments while watching elderly couples dancing. Ha!

Yesterday, I went to Makati to do my Christmas shopping, which turned out to be a “Christmas Window-Shopping” marathon. I can’t find anything for myself, I’m not sure what to buy for my family, cousins, officemates, friends, my nephews and my niece. I went home with 2 shirts, 2 bead necklaces, and a pierced left ear. Yeah, I had my left ear pierced.

Today, I attended the open forum with Brian Krizanich. Some of the questions were… uhhmmm… I think wasn’t supposed to be asked at that forum. 5 minutes before the open forum ended, I asked a question (originally by Jay) regarding job rotation from ATM to FSM. I think BK gave an honest answer that he’s still working on that but definitely, more people will be allowed to “apply” and get a job at FSM. What’s weird was that he mentioned that people in ATM finds it hard to relocate to the US. Uhmmm, you can take me there right now! Hahaha!

Back at work, I was busy. Busy preparing for the IE Christmas party. Last year we had the “White Party,” this year we’ll have “Under the Reggae Moon Party.” Oh how I wished the parties that I helped organize when I was still in UP especially the “Threesome Party @ GSpot.” Next time, I think we can have a Hollywood-themed party.

Don’t have anything to update. I’m tired. Christmas na!
