The Lion, The Bitch, and the Wardrobe
We watched “The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” last Friday at Festi. Konti lang kami that watched the movie: Jay, Iam, me, Allan and Van. Supposedly, last January 8 pa kami nanood but si Raf lang natuloy, nagsolo (or may date kay *toot*). We had dinner at Sbarro. Again. This time, di ako nagpa-ka gluttony because last time I ordered ½ baked ziti and the 1 inch thick pizza. Diet diet diet!
The movie was great. Better than I expected. I read the eBook last year. Sobrang pang kids yung book and wala masyadong “action” compared to Harry Potter so I guess that’s why it turned out to be a good film. Not to mention that Walt Disney was the one who produced the film.
Mr. and Mrs. Beaver are the cheesiest couple! Pucha! They had their kilig moments. We had our kilig moments. Lucy and Mr. Tumnus.. errr… Animal bestiality? Semi-animal bestiality? Lucy will grow up as an English Hooker. Ang bata-bata, sobrang flirt!!! Then there’s the bitch-witch-diva Jadis, stunning performance. She can take on roles like this. Remember her from
Van, hindi Phone si Mr. Tumnus. Faun. Wahahaha!
After the movie, san pa nga ba? Starbucks. Since tapos na yang Christmas holiday, I had my Rhumba frappe.
Wait, ano nga ba ulit yung name nung babaeng barista? She’s cute.
Anyway, during our kapehan, we talked about centaurs. Female centaurs. Male centaurs in the movie are unbelievable. Ang galing di ba! Pero how will female centaurs run? I mean, pano yung boobs nila?
a. Naka sports bra sila
b. Isasabit nila sa likod nila
c. They’ll hold it while running
Anyway, this week we might watch Underworld 2. Pero kasabay siya “Rumor Has It” and this other film about a kid in
And ultimate practice on Saturday! Wooohooo!
