Must Read Books

I'm almost done reading "Memoirs of a Geisha" and i find the book really interesting. Western culture might look upon a Geisha as a high-class prostitute but Geisha in itself is a form of art. From the way their hairs were done, to a geisha's make-up, and of course the Japanese Kimono. I can't wait to watch the movie but i don't want to keep my hopes up since usually, movie adaptations lacks important details that can only be read on a 500-page book.




After Memoirs, I'll be reading "The Unbearable Lightness of Being." Actually, i was supposed to buy "Stainless Longganisa" by Bob Ong last week but it was unavailable at National Bookstore.
